Jagati Office of the Department of Transport Management, Bhaktapur, has started distributing new smart license from Monday.
The Department had operated the Jagati-based Office from January 15 and started renewing the driving license.
The written tests would be conducted at the office at 7:00 am this Friday and trial on Saturday.
The Department is to conduct the trial at its own centre after the order of the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has banned the transport offices for conducting trail in private trail centres.
