Nepal Idol is the first international franchise in Nepalese television history. It is a reality singing competition, which is the part of Idols Franchise. The singing reality show is broadcasted from AP1 Television.
The judges of Nepal Idol are Indira Joshi, Kali Prashad Banskota and Nhyoo Bajracharya. The winner of the competition will receive Mahindra KUV 100 plus cash prize of 20 lakhs and a video album contract.
Laxman Poudel is the director of Nepal Idol. He has also worked in many Hindi serials and programs. He told that top 18 candidate of Nepal Idol were not allowed to give interview to social medias to keep secrets and thrill of Nepal Idol.
