One crore carpets are being replaced to the President's Office

The contract for changing the carpet at the President's Office belongs to Himalayan Decor Gandaki CPN (Maoist) MP Ram Bahadur Gurung. He has been elected from Tanahu-1 (a).
A special type of carpet is being made in the factory for the two big halls, 'said Sobha Gurung, manager of Himalaya Decor.
According to the President's Office, expensive carpets are being laid in the meeting room when foreign guests visit to enhance the country's prestige. "It's not the president's personal 
interest. A special type of carpet is being kept to promote Nepali carpets, and the country's reputation is also important when foreign guests come.
