Apple released the second beta of iOS 9.3 today, just a few days after the first beta came out. Bug fixes and improvements were listed as the change-log. Apple have changed their naming system slightly for this round of betas it seems also. Instead of the usual beta 1, beta 2 etc Apple have named this second beta simply 1.1. It can be installed with a configuration file or by downloading the beta firmware, both from Apple’s developer site.
Pre-release Software
Pre-release software, including betas and seeds, refers to a new version of software that is not public and is still under development. As a developer, you can use pre-release software to start integrating the latest Apple technologies into your apps so that your apps are up-to-date once the software becomes available to the public.
